  • Glue gun and glue sticks
  • Spoon
  • Newspapers
  • Coping saw
Instructions:
  1. To make a rounded, front edge, use back of spoon to press and slide along edge, smoothing and rounding STYROFOAM™ on each disc and wreath.
  2. In a well-ventilated area, protect work area with newspapers. For large flower, spray the following: large disc – fuchsia; six 15/16″ x 5 7/8″ discs – orange; 15/16″ x 3 7/8″ disc – yellow; and wreath – green. With both wood dowels, spray white undercoat, let dry and spray green.
  3. For small flower, spray: large disc – orange; seven 15/16″ x 3 7/8″ – fuchsia; one 15/16″ x 3 7/8″ disc – green and wreath – yellow. Let dry.
  4. To assemble large flower, arrange six orange discs in a circle, with 1/4″ space between them. Use tacky glue to attach large fuchsia disc on top, centered. Center and glue green wreath and then, yellow disc.
  5. To assemble small flower, arrange seven fuchsia discs in a circle, with 1/4″ space between them. Use tacky glue to attach orange disc on top, centered. Center and glue yellow wreath and green disc.
  6. For stems, on back of each flower, insert dowel up, in between petals and tack glue with glue gun.  (If desired, use coping saw to trim stem on small flower shorter.)
  7. Slightly separate curved ends of paper clip, (ends are about 1/4″ apart). At top back of each flower, 2 1/2″ from top (centered), gently insert shorter rounded end of paper clip up into foam creating a hanger loop with the other end. (Glue if loose.) Repeat with other flower.
  8. When glue is dry, hang flower from paper clip loop, allowing (dowel) stem to hang down to touch floor or base boards.
